About this service
Vacuuming only reaches the top of the carpet. Dust, allergens, pet hair and old spills settle at the base of the fibres, where they dull the colour and hold on to smells.
We check the carpet type and the problem spots, pre-treat stains and traffic lanes, then clean with hot-water extraction and groom the pile so it dries evenly.

What is the free demonstration?
Before you commit to anything, we clean a small area so you can see the result on your own carpet. New customers then get an introductory price for the rest.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually 4 to 8 hours, depending on airflow and humidity. Opening a window or running a fan helps.
Can you remove every stain?
Most stains come out. Some, like bleach marks or permanent dye, have changed the fibre itself. We will tell you before we start if a stain is unlikely to lift.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family- and pet-friendly products and rinse thoroughly, so no sticky residue is left behind.
