How do I book a cleaning?
Book online: choose a service and a start time, then pay to confirm. You can also send us a WhatsApp message or call 778-877-0779, or use the contact form and we'll reply within one business day.
How long is a visit?
Every visit is booked as a minimum of four hours. A standard or monthly clean is one cleaner for up to four hours; if we send two cleaners the work usually takes about two hours instead, and the price stays the same.
How much does a clean cost?
Standard cleaning is $160 and monthly cleaning is $180, both for one cleaner for up to four hours. Move-in/move-out and carpet cleaning are flat rates, quoted on the size and condition of the property.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
With 24 to 48 hours' notice or more, cancelling or rescheduling is free. Under 24 hours' notice, between 50% and 100% of the visit is charged, depending on how late the change comes.

We're based in Vancouver and also serve Burnaby, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Surrey.
